Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Oğuzhan Bozkurt ("Sayımcı"), a sole trader based in İstanbul, Turkey, and the business that uses the Sayımcı website and application (the "User").

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you create the account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

Sayımcı is cloud-based software that provides tools for tracking physical stock: product and stock records, counting with a phone, tracking stock across locations, low-stock e-mails, supplier purchase orders and goods receiving.

Sayımcı does not issue invoices and does not keep accounting or tax records. Those obligations remain with the User.

Integrations marked "coming soon" on the website are not yet part of the service.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
• You must not share your sign-in details or sign-in links with anyone else.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account by team members you invite.
• If you notice unauthorised access to your account, you must tell us immediately.

• Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required for the trial.
• When the trial ends, the account is restricted until a paid plan is chosen. Your data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Turkish lira amounts shown on the website are for information only.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance at the start of each period, and renew for the same period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. The provider's terms also apply at checkout.
• Price changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and do not affect a paid period already in progress.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you can keep using the service until then.

Partially used periods are not refunded. Any rights you have under mandatory law are not affected.

The limits on users, products, locations and monthly e-mails are those stated for the plan you choose.

When the monthly e-mail allowance is used up, e-mail sending stops until the end of the month; alerts remain visible in the dashboard. If your usage exceeds your plan's limits, you may be asked to move to a higher plan.

You may not use the service to:

• store or send unlawful content;
• send unsolicited messages through the supplier order or e-mail features;
• try to access another account's data or get around security measures;
• send automated requests that overload the service, copy the software or reverse-engineer it;
• resell the service to third parties without our written permission.

The data you enter into the application belongs to you. Sayımcı uses it only to provide the service.

You can export your data to Excel at any time. When you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our KVKK notice.

We take reasonable care to provide the service without interruption or errors and announce planned maintenance in advance where possible. The service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted.

Stock figures and suggestions are based on the data the User enters. Responsibility for ordering and stock decisions rests with the User.

Sayımcı is not liable for loss of profit, for damage caused by data entry errors, or for indirect damage.

Sayımcı's total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees the User paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.

These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

All rights in the software, interface, design and documentation belong to Sayımcı. For the duration of the subscription, the User receives a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

If these terms are breached or payment is not made, your account may be suspended after notice by e-mail. In urgent cases that threaten security, notice may be given afterwards.

Even when an account is suspended, you are given a reasonable period to export your data.

Material changes to these terms are announced by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
